Maple Stitch Creations provides custom handmade dresses, bespoke tailoring, fabric sourcing, design consultation, and alteration services through our site. All products and services are subject to availability and may vary based on client specifications.

2. Orders and Customization

When placing an order for custom or bespoke items, clients must provide accurate measurements and detailed requirements. Maple Stitch Creations will use reasonable care in fulfilling orders based on provided information, but cannot be held liable for unsatisfactory fit or design due to inaccurate client input.

Custom orders are non-refundable once production has commenced unless there is a defect or error on our part.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices for products and services are clearly listed on our site or communicated during consultation. We reserve the right to update prices but any confirmed orders will be billed at the agreed rate. Payment must be made in full prior to order fulfillment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Maple Stitch Creations handles domestic and international shipping with reasonable care and dispatches orders within estimated timeframes. Delivery dates are estimates and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients are responsible for shipping fees unless otherwise specified.

We recommend inspecting packages upon receipt and reporting any damage or discrepancies promptly to our address below.

5. Alteration and Consultation Services

Alterations and consultations are provided based on appointments and availability. Charges for these services will be communicated upfront. We strive for client satisfaction but alterations may be limited by fabric and design constraints.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on our site and delivered products remain the intellectual property of Maple Stitch Creations. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use any material without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maple Stitch Creations shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of our services or products beyond the purchase price paid. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Returns and Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our fashion items, returns and refunds are generally not accepted except for defects or errors made by Maple Stitch Creations. Any return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery and approval is at our discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Vancouver.
